5. Electric Vehicle Transmission Harness: A transmission harness system for electric and hybrid vehicles. This harness needs to transmit power and signals to the electric transmission or transmission control unit to enable coordinated operation of electric drive and energy management.
When designing and manufacturing transmission harnesses, the following factors need to be considered: electrical performance requirements, environmental resilience, protection ratings, tolerance to extreme conditions such as vibration and temperature, and compatibility with other vehicle systems.
