Rear Flip/Front Axis™ Ensures constant contact clearance regardless of actuator operation. The actuator can be turned off before inserting the FPC/FFC. In addition, since the actuator can be delivered and installed in the closed position, the risk of actuator damage is reduced.2. Prevents the actuator from falling off. Each terminal is attached to the actuator to provide support for the entire length of the actuator. This prevents the actuator from separating from the housing.3. FPC/FFC Side Catcher DesignThe TF13B(S)A Series utilizes Hirose's FPC/FFC-Side Catcher technology. This design feature allows the tagged FPC/FFC to be placed in the correct position while achieving stability and excellent FPC/FFC retention.4. Easy insertion of the FPC/FFCThere are tapers on all four sides of the FPC/FFC insertion part, allowing for the smooth insertion of the FPC/FFC.5. Greater board spaceThe bottom side of the connector has been molded in a secondary manner. This allows the PCB space under the connector to be used for additional PCB wiring.6. Pick and place mounting is supplied in tape and reel packages that are compatible with automated machine mounting.7.
